Q What payment options do I have on your website?
  • A We offer the following payment options:  Debit & Credit Cards, Paypal, Paytm and Bank Payments.  For more information about these payment methods click here: Payment methods.
Q Why has my payment failed?
  • A There can be several reasons for a payment failure. Read this information very carefully as this is very important to make a successful payment:
  • Due to RBI policy, to use your Indian credit or debit card online you’ll need to register for a 3D secure code service. 
  • In some occasions your Credit Card issuer may have set your credit limits too low by default. You should contact your bank to inform about your credit limit in case of a declined payment after you have verified that your Credit Card is registered for 3D security. Also check your funds in case of a Debit Card.
  • You should allow 3rd party cookies and 3rd party redirections for your browsers as this is a mandatory requirement for these transactions to be processed. 
  • Technical failures are unfortunately inherent to Credit and Debit Card usage. We recommend that you attempt to make a payment several times, use a different card if possible, or try one of our alternative payment options.

Q Do you ship all over india?
  • A Yes, we ship all over India. If there is a road available, we can get your package there.
Q How long will our products take to arrive?
  • A All products are shipped within two (2) working days after we receive your payment. The delivery time depends on the courier your shipment is being sent with.  All  orders will be received within 5 business days.*

Q Do you ship discreetly? does the outer packaging reveal  any of its content?
  • A We ship very discreetly. We take your privacy very seriously. All your purchased products shall arrive in discreet packages without any sign of adult related content.

Q Can I track my products once they are shipped?
  • A Yes, of course you can track your parcel during its route to your delivery address. We want you to be well informed and  feel comfortable after placing the order. Tracking Codes are given right after we handed  the package over to the courier.
Q Where can I track my package after ordering from your website?
  • A You can check the shipment process on   this page. You can do this by filling in your tracking number that you have received from us in the shipment confirmation email.
